All Meetings are held in Snitterfield Village Hall and commence at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated. The Agenda is published three clear days in advance of a meeting and relevant documents circulated to Councillors.
If you wish an item to be added to the Agenda, a week’s notice must be given. Please email the Parish Clerk at clerk@snitterfieldparishcouncil.gov.uk
All published minutes are considered ‘draft’ until approved and signed by the Chair at the next parish council meeting. Click here for Minutes and Agendas
Members of the public are welcome to observe meetings. There is a fifteen minute public participation session before the formal agenda begins if they wish to bring a matter to the attention of the Parish Council. It will not be discussed unless the item is already on the Agenda; however, all endeavour will be made to follow up on queries.
