Snitterfield Parish is home to a number of groups and organisations.

The village has a pub, Snitterfield Arms, and a shop, Snitterfield Stores, as well as a thriving primary school, Snitterfield Primary School.

There are two nurseries, Snitterfield Nursery CIO, on the grounds of the primary school, and Little Dragons, a private day care facility.

St James Church is a Grade I Listed building. The Graham Simons Room is available to hire and hosts a number of day groups.

Snitterfield Village Hall and Snitterfield Playing Field are registered charities, held in trust by Snitterfield Parish Council.

Snitterfield Sports Club is also a registered charity, with a tennis, bowls and football section and a Committee to manage the clubhouse.
