  • planning

  • council tax collection
  • elections

Snitterfield Parish Council is responsible for maintaining the following assets:

  • allotments
  • bus shelter
  • (Parish Council owned) street lights
  • (some) litter bins, though collection resides with Stratford-on-Avon District Council
  • Atty’s Field
  • small play area and equipment off the Green
  • play equipment on the large playing field off Wolverton Road
  • cemetery
  • war memorial

It is sole trustee of Snitterfield Playing Field and Snitterfield Village Hall, both registered charities. Snitterfield Village Hall has a separate committee with responsibility for managing this community facility.

Snitterfield Parish Council also manages a grass cutting contractor who undertakes works throughout the year across the village.
